Aside from the corn coffee below, what has made my adrenaline rushing again is my "kukabildo" with other Surigaonons (Steve Egay of Gigaquit Civic Club, Rudy Cubillan & Lando Paitan of Del Carmen Surigao Norte Welfare Association, and Lolong Calang of Kahugpongan nan mga Mainitnon sa Manila). That aphrodisiac power of kinilaw might have made us longed for anything Surigaonon or Sinurigao. From dreaming of having a Surigaonon Bible to having a true-blue Surigaonon national leader, ideas for Surigao were gushing out from our brains that we decided to organize a sort of regular Surigaonon forum in Metro Manila.
Hopefully, it would not be another ambitious effort to group Surigaonon associations. Rather, it would be a kind of coffee or beer fellowship of Surigaonons talking in sinurigao and brewing up ideas for Surigao.
